DESCRIPTION
Removes a class object from the class registry.
PARAMS
dwRegister [In] Cookie returned from CoRegisterClassObject(3w).
RETURNS
Success: S_OK.
Failure: HRESULT code.
NOTES
Must be called from the same apartment that called CoRegisterClassObject(3w), otherwise it will fail with RPC_E_WRONG_THREAD.
