## DESCRIPTION

Add a Spy that watches CoInitializeEx calls.

## PARAMS

*spy* **\[In\]**  Pointer to **IUnknown** interface that will be QueryInterface'd.

*cookie* **\[II\]**  *cookie* receiver.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **S\_OK** if not already initialized, **S\_FALSE** otherwise.

**Failure:** **HRESULT** code.
