FIFO Removal Strategy for a Cache

## NAME

Cache::RemovalStrategy::FIFO - FIFO Removal Strategy for a Cache

## DESCRIPTION

Implements a First In First Out removal strategy for a Cache.  When removing entries from the cache, the 'oldest' will be removed first.
