## NAME

Builtins::hash - Hash a value

## SYNOPSIS

**Int hash(** *any x* **)**

## ARGUMENTS

**x** The value to hash

## DESCRIPTION

Return an integer hash of any value. Because **hash**  uses **Builtins.marshal (3kaya)** , the hash is not guaranteed to be the same except within the same program binary.
