## DESCRIPTION

This is a sequence-ontology compatible glyph, which works hand-in-hand with the so\_transcript aggregator in BioPerl.

This glyph is identical to "processed\_transcript," which is described in detail in Bio::Graphics::Glyph::processed\_transcript.
